Why is there no monthly payment for subscription? What is the difference between the two subscriptions and all of them are general?

There is no monthly payment or subscription.There are 2 options:
- one-time purchase which gives you access to Premium for one year without subscription nor renewal.
- a regular subscription that renews annually automatically.
