Upgraded wrong account

I upgraded to premium while logged on to a personal computer with an email account, but then realized I was using my google account on the phone. Can I somehow transfer the premium rights to my google account?

@jondalar Hello, the subscription is always linked to a Windy account that you create either with email address or with social login such as Google, Apple ID or Facebook. Does this mean that you have 2 separate Windy accounts?

Hi Karina, yes, I've got two accounts, one linked to an old email of mine, the other to my google account. I upgraded the email one instead of the google one, and since I mostly use it on my mobile phone, I want it on google.

@jondalar You can change the associated email address in your profile at https://account.windy.com/profile.

Hi Korina, it won't let me, it says that email account is already used (by myself, but not on Silver subscription).

With 'Silver' I meant premium... Will it let me change if I delete that account? But even though, it will not use my google account login on the phone. Can I request reimbursement and then upgrade the other account to premium instead?

@jondalar Yes, you need to first delete the non Premium account and then change the email address in your profile.
