<![CDATA[Webcam past photo/video look up]]>My wife was hit by a person who ran a red light. The Watertown glen park 31/81 webcam points directly at the light the guy ran. Is there anyway to get footage or single pictures from 8:45am to 9:05am 11/19/22. It was probably closer to 8:58am.
