Subscription rate confusion
-
In the Apple App Store, you say: annual subscription $2.99 and monthly subscription $18.99.
Does that mean I can get a yearly (annual) subscription for $2.99 a year but if I only want it for a month, it will cost $18.99? I don’t see any other way to interpret your subscription fees.

@designer Hello, we no longer offer a monthly subscription for $2.99. The only available options are an annual subscription or a One-time purchase for 1 year.

@Korina
And the rates/price for those options are??? -
@designer Hi, subscription for one year costs $35.99 and annual one is for $22.79/year
-
I’m still confused. “One Year” and “Annual” are the same thing? Annual is yearly. Are you saying a person can subscribe for 1 year at the higher price or pay the lower price if they pay for multiple years (more than 1) ahead of time?
Make sure you correct your pricing in your Apple App Store description.

HI there -
I purchased Premium on 22 Nov 2021, Order ID MKB273XKJD, and today it is no longer working.
At the time of purchase, it wasn't clear that it was an annual subscription, nor was there any auto renewal option.
So, can you please confirm what my option was ? Presumably I now need to resubscribe, which if this the case, it would have been good to have a reminder two week prior to expiry 🤦🏻♂️

Hi @designer, Annual one is automatically renewed, so you put the card there, and the subscription provider will automatically charge your card after a year. But if you don't want to think about the renewal and want to use Windy Premium only for a year, the One-year option is the right one for you.
According to question from @mjmatthews, I see that you purchased Windy Annual plan with automatic auto renewal two days ago, is it correct?
