Not receiving any Notifications

Hi sir,
I bought Windy premium lifetime package some months ago.
Because I live in rainy area.
I wanted to get notifications before it rains.
But I am fail to get any notifications
Please help me

Hi, have you set first an Alert for rain at your location?
You need to set your location as Favorite and then an Alert for rain.
Tick Send mobile notifications
And then Save at bottom of window.
