Cannot get Premium but I have it

How do I get my premium service that I have paid for (per my Apple iPhone 14)? I try to “restore service” but nothing happens.
Please help as there is no support for customer service.

@wind01 Hello, you already have Premium on your current account. Just use the same account in the app as well.
