Grey screen in zoom 12

I would like to know if I have to do something to be able to see the streetmap when zooming in.

Hi @Carlos-Mesa-Cabrera can you provide us with further info? Did you test it in the Wind layer? Which browser did you use? I tested the Wind layer in Safari and the standard map was displayed from zoom level 12 normally. Please let us know.

Hi, thanks for the reply,with a lower zoom there is no problem, we see all the layers perfectly, but when we want to see the detail of the roads, the map disappears.
Google chrome in macOS.

@Carlos-Mesa-Cabrera okay, thank you for the additional info, do you have this issue in other browsers? I tested Chrome as well in the same version and it is okay, so the only issue could be a version of macOS or M1 chip.

@Carlos-Mesa-Cabrera Hello, street map view is not available with the API. If you don't want to see the grey map, use a lower zoom level.
