QOL request: Option to choose altitude for start-up location

I have set my start-up location to my city, and when I open Windy, I find it very zoomed out. The option "use last location" for start-up location retains the altitude, but if you mostly use Windy for local weather, it won't automatically return you to your town/city.

Hi @doomjazz, yes, the zoom used for start-up location is higher and it is not adjustable now. However, it is interesting idea and I think this will be considered as a potential new feature. Thank you for your report.

The magnification setting is displayed in the URL code

as the last digit before the weather parameters , X,i:pressure
In the above case "X" or mag= 9If the magnitude is wrong when opening the windy app, go to the URL and change the last digit to the preferred magnification.
Try bookmarking the adjusted URL.
