Currents forecast is not working.

It seems the currents forecast is not working, the forecast slider bar is not allowing me to see ahead of actual time, and I'm not sure the actual time is correct either.

@Ondřej-Šutera I am also having this problem. I will add more detail. On the layers for Currents and Tidal Currents, the lower left shows the time represented on the display, such as "Friday 2 - 0:00" and a "Play" icon. Clicking the Play icon changes it to Pause, but the display does not progress. Nor is it possible to move the time shown by dragging along the bar. This only affects Currents; wind and wave both display the timeline as expected. This behaviour occurs on Windows 10, Chrome and Firefox, and Chrome on Android. Thank you.
