Where can I find my current subscription level?

I want to buy a subscription, but when I do, it says I already have one and asks if I want to extend it.

Where can I find what I am currently subscribed to, expiration dates, etc?

We are Windy.com (with a red logo), and our subscription is called Windy Premium, not “Windy PRO.”
