Android widget location not updating due to lack of location permissions

Hi guys, the android widget hasnt been automatically updating location for a year or so now. I have had a look at a lot of the posts here and while changes to battery permissions and other things has been suggested, the issue is definately windy's inability to obtain location in the background. The only permission available is 'While using the App', when 'All the time' should be available like with all other apps. Is this something that is being looked at as a bug fix because it appears to be affecting a large number of devices. Thanks and love your work guys.
