YouTube camera URL update please

Hello, I would like to update this YouTube webcam
if possible by any chance please.I’ve tried to update to either one of those URL before but after when it was successfully updated, I believe that the URL was updated to the YouTube video URL that the URL always changes and not the URL that I wanted update which is always the same URL that you don’t have to change the URL each time the live stream restarts.
The YouTube channel has only one live webcam stream.

There are many other YouTube webcams that may need to be updated as well which I will cover them up at a later point to help and keep the YouTube webcams closely up to date.
