I've tried to cancel my subscription and never get an email from Windy. How can I cancel?

@sharpeshooter Thank you for the reply. Fastspring will not send me an email so I can cancel. Any suggestions?

@sharpeshooter it could be caused by using a different email in Fastspring because I am not able to find your email as well. Is it possible that you used a different email address?

@Anand-Thangaraj It is 18.99 EUR (annually with auto-renewal) or 29.99 EUR (a year without automatic renewal).
