Problem with Windy premium subscription
I was trying to subscribe to Windy Premium using the Windy app on my iPhone. I kept getting an error message telling me something went wrong, and I should try again. After several unsuccessful tries I decided to do it on my computer; so I went to www.windy.com and subscribed there. I paid using PayPal, and had no problems. Then I went back to the Windy app on my iPhone, and I logged in. In the Windy app "settings" on my iPhone I clicked on "Windy Premium" which opened up another window which showed details and cost of a subscription. At the bottom I clicked on the link "Restore Purchases" at which point it gave the error message, "We didn't find any purchases to restore. All purchases are ..." It went on to say purchases are linked to my Apple account, etc.
Why can't I access Windy Premium on both my computer and on my iPhone? If that is not allowed, or if I have to have two subscriptions then I want to cancel the subscription I completed on my computer.

Hi @jimmyb2, if you already have your subscription connected to your account on your desktop (you should see the small Premium badge next to your profile icon in the top right corner), you need to log in with the same credentials on your phone as you used on the desktop.
However, if you don't have your account connected with the subscription, you need to follow these steps on your desktop:
- Go to the desktop and log in with your Windy account
- Open the subscription offer window (e.g., click on the 1h forecast button in the detail of a specific location)
- Click on 'Restore purchases
- On the next page, insert the subscription Order Reference code that you have in the invoice.
@Ondřej-Šutera I followed your instructions, and it now shows up on my iPhone as Premium. Thank you for helping with this.
