<![CDATA[windyApi forecast data update time]]>hello! we use windy api for our WAS.

I wonder how often windyApi data updates.

I knew windyApi data updates at every 0, 3, 6, 9, ... O'Clock.

However, I sent requests at 12:58, 12:59, and 13:05, all with different results.

Since the data is updated at 12:00 and 15:00, I thought all three requests would give the same result.

If I'm misunderstanding the system, please explain.

That is why you see such difference.

Is this the reason that data is inappropriate?

Update times are here.
