I need to continue annual subscription.
But iOS is not process for.

Hi @Kunakorn-Tiravanichkul, do you have a subscription paid via AppStore? If you have any issues with payment, you need to contact Apple, but it should be able to manage this from your device, from the subscriptions list in your settings.
