It's super cold in the United States and windy as heck right now.

It sure would be nice to have a wind chill layer.

This was recommended before but wanted to give it a bump...

Wind Chill temperature is very important in Canada as well. So much so that the federal government meteorological office (Environment Canada) has a section of their website dedicated to educating the population on Wind Chill with an explanation of why it is a public safety issue! There happens to be a table (in C) that could be used by Windy to perform the calculations!! Hint, hint!! :)
