Premium Account issues

Hi there!
I signtd up for the Windy Premium and it activated it at first, and I started using it, in a day or so the Windy (mobile and desktop) stopped recognizing me as a Premium and offered to sigh up again. Whan tyring to restore purchase, it gives the message that it can't find a purchase associated with my account.
Please, advise on how to solve this,

Hi @AsanK, it's possible that you used different login and you are in another account. Can you provide further details about the issue with information about your email, invoice, etc. at support@windy.com?
