<![CDATA[No notification options]]>I have one notification set from a while back and it works fine. I want to create another, but don't have any options for alerts anywhere. I am a premium subscriber.

You can’t set an Alert notification on your phone, only on a desktop using the same account.

These options that you show are obtained with a right click on mouse.
The general Settings are accessible thought the hamburger menu in top left corner of your screen - > Settings -> Alerts

Alert settings is available in the browser version, on desktop and in the tablet app.
Then the alert is also displayed on your mobile.
