No notification options

I have one notification set from a while back and it works fine. I want to create another, but don't have any options for alerts anywhere. I am a premium subscriber.

Alert settings is available in the browser version, on desktop and in the tablet app.
Then the alert is also displayed on your mobile. -
@idefix37 unfortunately, I don't see any options in the desktop site. I have the following options:
Show weather picker
Forecast for this location
Distance and planning
Sounding -

These options that you show are obtained with a right click on mouse.
The general Settings are accessible thought the hamburger menu in top left corner of your screen - > Settings -> Alerts -
@idefix37 So, I accidentally found it I think. It's actually in the forecast screen (scroll right).

Which device are you using? Desktop or tablet? -
@idefix37 I'm primarily using a Samsung Galaxy phone. My desktop wasn't helpful though.

You can’t set an Alert notification on your phone, only on a desktop using the same account.
