Blue pulsing dot inaccurate position in weather radar

The blue pulsing dot is still in effect and like last year, it cannot be turned off or moved to my current location. It is very distracting and is situated nowhere near my home address.
I've changed the start-up location from IP address to GPS but the blue dot has not moved position... can you fix this issue for me and possibly for many other premium customers?

In your phone settings, have you enabled Windy to be GPS connected?
