Since there are no Clouds forecast over your region, there is no Cloud base.

Thank you so much @idefix37 !!! My bad, this is exactly what I was looking for, I got confused trying to check in other apps. and was confusing top of usable lift with clouds. Nothing to do one to the other!

Is there a parameter for the maximum height of thermals (eg. lift or vertical speed) and if so, can this be setup by users?
