Too big discrepancy with real weather data on air temperature. At the moment, the air temperature on 01/08/23 in Moscow is -12°С on this site is indicated as -21°С, which is unacceptable.

This site shows temperature forecast by several weather models. If you want to know the real temperature at a location, see Reported temperature which is now -17°C.
May be the default model (ECMWF) is not forecasting a right temperature at this location.
If you select an other model e.g. Meteoblue, the discrepancy is quite small.
