What is the difference between "Buy for one year" and "Annual subscription"? From what I can see I pay for 1 year up front in both cases.

@johanymerson Yes, it is, but the cheaper annual one has active auto-renewal so it is subscription, but the second one is rather purchase for a year without anything else. I hope it is understandable.

@Ondřej-Šutera Not really, as I would still need to enter my credit card details and approve the payment next year. My bank requires me to approve every online payment manually in the banks app. That seem to be some new EU requirement... So I don't quite follow how the auto-renewal would work.
Also, how long time in advance would I need to cancel the auto-renewal if I don't want to continue with the subscription?

@Ahmed-A-AS don’t you think you’re being a bit over dramatic here? Lol. $25 CAD for a year is pretty good value, I don’t know why people expect everything to be free. I miss when we had to pay for apps/games/softwares so companies actually gave a real effort in making good products.
Now that everything is free, we became the product and there’s ads everywhere and all our data is sold again and again.

WeatherPro premium has this feature (radar prediction for 2 hours ahead) & it is most useful (& accurate).

@Sebastian-Ginter We offer only purchase or subscription for a year.
@Νένα-Χριστοδούλου Annual subscription has active auto-renewal, so you card is automatically charged every year. Purchase for a year is only one time purchase which is automatically cancelled after a year.
@gavrob We are not offering any prediction right now, but we will consider adding this.

The one-hour steps sometimes are great, but usually they make the time lapse annoyingly slow.
It would help to add a speed control!
