HI, Just checking on a couple issues I am having on app and website (I am premium).

the 10 Day forecast does not seem available when choosing Wind, it only shows 3 days , and on Basic I am only getting 5 Days.

On website (Chrome) you can't scroll the page (can't access any scroll buttons). So cant scroll to right see future days. I can even drag the time button off the window and the page doesn't scroll and follow.

@Ahmed-A-AS They provide way too much already for free, compared with ANY other weather service. You are always welcome to use some random stuff from Google. Or how the hell do you think service is keeping head above the weather, from receiving funds from god maybe?
@Korina Keep up the good work, you and the team! Thank you very much! I'm not yet a subscriber, I wonder what from premium features I can use for cycling. But probably I will become.

Why don't you offer an ad option for those who can't subscribe for the premium, so we can enjoy the premium features? Many people have no problem with watching some ads if it offers all the features for us.

@Pod-Stava The random stuffs and weahter services you mentioned have their own fans like Windy and also provide the same data and guess what? I used Goggle to find Windy!
The worst thing is to force the free users to delete their favorites to match the new limt ( only 3 ) and there was no limit at all in the past and this forum is flodded with layers animations and map uploads without any limitation, I think these uploads savings cost money too, so, that is really strange. -
If the tide forecast tool able to predict extra-tidal water levels and wind-driven tides?

The new tide data does not include extra-tidal water level. The data provider gives some information on his website
The extra-tidal water levels are due to very low or very high atmospheric pressure.
They can be due also to the wind-driven effect when strong winds are pushing the water to the coast, but depending heavily on the bottom seabed and the coast shape.
Both effects leading to storm surge in extreme conditions. -
I know, it's a kind of niche request. Maybe you could add min-max tide data. And wave height.

@Korina Have not yet found any features with Premium that are useful. I will keep looking. Meanwhile, I cancelled Premium, in case I forget in a year and pay another $20 that might be a complete waste for me. I will also look for alternative weather apps. I thought the radar feature would extend one hour instead of remain the same. Disappointed. Maybe, I will find some use for Premium features. Not so far.
edit: hourly forecast is worthless because I don't live close to one of the forecast cities. I'm just going to accept that I paid $20 for nothing and move on. I have enjoyed using Windy in the past so I will just consider this $20 a donation. Premium isn't worth anything for me. -
i went premium, and there are symbols on the page that have no legend, no legends at all for some, and are therefore useless since i cannot guess what they mean, premium should not have me guessing what it is telling me. amateurish. incompetent.

Is the "buy for one year" payment a life time payment option or will I have to pay again in the future?

If it is for one year, you will of course have to pay again for the following year.
It's not a lifetime payment unless you die at the end of the year (bad joke) -
With Windy Premium it is possible to download a database of different variables such as wind or rain?
