What do you mean with live radar ? The Weather radar layer is already available for free and Premium users. -

Yes, and Premium is the same. This is the time for the Radar station to process its data, send it over the world and for Windy to process the data and send it to you.
Have you checked if in your country the radar provider is able to show a radar map in the internet with a much shorter delay ? -
In Premium description you announce 10 day forecast. In the application moving beyond 5 days, a 16 day forecast for a location is announced for Premium. What is really being sold in Premium?

Hi Capt’n,
No, You don’t need to pay for your second device. But you have to log in with the same account, same email and password on both devices.
You don’t seem to be Premium user otherwise the Premium badge would be displayed next to your username here on the community forum. You probably need to finalize your subscription as explained in this post. -

Since we lack public radar coverage in the Middle East, the ECMWF 9km and GFS 22km resolutions are not accurate enough for our needs.
We request to phase out these low-resolution views and prioritize integrating high-frequency local models (High-Res) for our region to ensure better precision and safety.

Are you thinking that masking the 9km and 22km for ECMWF and GFS would change their resolution in Windy ?
These figures of resolution are their max resolution everywhere in the world not only over your country, not only in Windy.
Windy cannot change the resolution of any model.
You are mentioning the HRRR model. This high resolution model is only available over USA and is available in Windy for this country only, of course.
By the way have you tried to look at the forecast from Meteoblue model only avalaible in the detailed forecast table at a location? This model is not depending on a grid of points.
