@Korina Ok, So, why your work ( making Premium users more and more happy ) is affecting other users ( free users )? Do you " as a team " ran out of other options? Shouldn't you discuss theses big changes with the community first as you can see that there are many unsatisfied users?
Being a free user does not necessary mean that the user is not a professional user and don't use every available features. I am afraid of the app becoming fully paid, and this will be an immense real nightmare!
Forget to tell, thank you for helping me in editing my previous post, really caring adminstration, but, if it is needed.

Please note that most of the Windy platform features are still available for free, such as 50+ weather layers, 10 forecast models, or webcams. Windy also continues to stay ad-free, unlike most of the weather applications. We want to thank our subscribers and provide them with more significant features because their support allows us to develop live-saving features that remain for free, like the hurricane tracker.

@Rose-McCracken Hello, we currently don't offer company-wide packages. Each Premium license can be purchased separately, but thank you for suggestion.

I'm a big proponent of adding value for the premium users. What I am firmly against is taking basic features that were once available for free and moving them behind a premium subscription.
Also, while taking things away from your free users, you stated the 12 hour loops will now be premium, but it looks like 6 and 12 hour are both now premium locked.
Very disappointed in a once great product.

@TZ I spent 300 something dollars for unlimited access to certain features including a 10-day forecast and they have taken it away from me. How is changing what I've already paid for OK with Windy. It seems illegal.

I have to agree with many of my fellow Windy users. It’s extremely disappointing that every time I update the app now, new features aren’t being added, instead existing features are being gated behind premium.

@Conrad-Selzer Hello, what do you mean by 300 dollars? We never had unlimited access, only an annual subscription and one-time purchase. You are already Premium, which means you have access to all Premium features, including a 10-day forecast outlook.

@Jack426 @chrisp12934 Hi, we are constantly adding new features to Windy. In this update alone, we added a Satellite archive for the last 12 months, Compare forecast extended for 10 days ahead, and we also significantly improved forecast map resolutions.
Apart from the changes, Windy stays ad-free with most its features still free of charge.

Według mnie ta aktualizacja to porażka. Nie potrzebuję wszystkiego z wersji premium -wysyłam dane ze swojej prywatnej stacji meteorologicznej do Windy. Uważam, że zabranie prognozy 10 dniowej z wersji podstawowej to czyste zdzierstwo !. Dla użytkowników wysyłających swoje dane do Windy powinno być jak było. Nie rozumiem tej decyzji. Dodałem opinię w sklepie Play i opisałem też dlaczego dałem 1 gwiazdkę . Kilka razy przelałem pieniądze na rozwój tego projektu !! Uważam, że nie potrzebnie po Waszym podejściu do tematu !! -

I understand you donated to us in the past years, and we sincerely appreciate it. However, maintaining Windy goes on.

With all of these changes are we going to get displays of "Feels Like" to take into account Wind Chill and Heat Index information like every other forecasting site does? I live in Wisconsin. The temperature itself is fairly useless in the winter as the Wind Chill is what it really feels like outside.

Looking at the current reductions from the windy free version, I think some/many users will be ok with some ads instead of having to pay.
