ICAO LOCATION CODE SHOWN IN WRONG PLACE
-
Good evening! I have noticed that some locations in Brazil are plotted incorrectly.
For example:
SBPG (correct coordinates 25 11 04S/050 08 38W)
SBDO (correct coordinates 22 12 02S/054 55 32W)
SBQI (correct coordinates 01 50 39N/061 07 17W)
SBJI (correct coordinates 10 52 14S/061 50 48W )
SBVC (correct coordinates 14 54 28S/040 54 53W )Congratulations on the excellent site/app, thank you in advance for your attention.

Hi @danirodrigues63 I tried to find those locations and you are right that SBPG is incorrectly located. However, I was not able to find the rest of them. Can you provide further info about those?
-
@danirodrigues63 The location of Dourados is incorrectly in Windy as SSDO, however it is currently SBDO, according to the print.
-
Sorry! I didn't even introduce myself! Good Morning!!!
The other locality where the location is wrong is Caracaraí - RR. The correct ICAO call sign is SBQI and not SWQI.
-
SBJI (Ji Paraná - RO) not SWJI.
Correct location below. -
SBVC (Vitória da Conquista - BA) is not SBQV.
Once again, thank you for your attention and congratulations for the site and app. -
Taking this opportunity, I would like to ask when it will be included in the turbulence forecast model.
Thanks ! -
@danirodrigues63 according to those wrong information, I will summarize those data and forward that to colleagues. However, it will take some time to fix that, so I would like to ask you for patience with that.
According to turbulences, this specific functionality is not planned now. However, you will be definitely informed when anything changes.

@danirodrigues63 I want to clarify this one, I found that SBQV is already closed, so we should delete it from our app, however SBVC, which is also VDC in our app is completely different airport, can you check that please?
-
@Ondřej-Šutera Goodnight ! The SBVC callsign corresponds to Vitoria da Conquista airport, according to our official aeronautical information website.

I hope it's clear! I will be available. thanks!
