How do you get access to the premium after you have subscribed?

I have subscribed on iPhone and it says already have a subscription on apple. Can't get it to load to the premium in windy.com.

Yes you are Premium according to the badge here near to your user name. So you can access the layers which are exclusively available to Premium users.
And in local forecasts you have the possibility to select 1h step forecast instead of 3h.
