Windy visualises weather models like ECMWF, GFS, ICON…. These models probably integrate ASCAT data during the assimilation phase.

But Windy does not make its own prediction. When Windy displays Wind forecasts, these are the forecasts from these models, nothing else. So Windy does not incorporate ASCAR data.
