Many Metars missed

I can't find some airports' METAR like ZHJZ, ZUWX, ZHYC and so on. Also found that ZSLG isn't marked at the corret place. I use that a lot, hope can solve this problem.

@Korina The new airport named Lianyungang Huaguoshan Airport has been operated since last year, which use "ZSLG" instead of the old one
