legend does not match map overlay

With cloud cover selected the legend is in units of inches, not % cloud cover.

The cloud cover shows in some areas small dots with different colors. They are the areas where it is raining.
The color scale gives the rain intensity in these dotted areas. Reason why the color scale is in inches. It is not concerning the cloudiness itself.
Here with the rain rate in mm:

So it matches perfectly.
