Updating widget notification remains all the time

Updating widget notification remains in the notification bar all the time.

Note that no widget is enabled (on desktop) at all. Test done on two separate devices. I use beta version.

@Korina Hi, somehow issue disappeared few days ago after previous update. It is now not reproducible on both Android devices.

I've had this symptom for a few days, even after removing and replacing the widget.

@Hovis-Biddle Can you tell us about the version of Windy? Could you please reset the widget after the last update (remove and add them back again)?

@Ondřej-Šutera I have the same issue on 2 Android Smartphones.
Both phones using the same Windy and Android version:

When I removed and added the widget again, it is always black and shows no informations.

Can you all please check this post here? We are still working on solution, however we still need a hand from users in this matter.

@Ondřej-Šutera you need to add a step of clearing cash and all data before uninstalling.

That's what solved it for me.

@Ondřej-Šutera well that worked almost an hour, perpetual updating notification is back on.

The other difference I see is stacked radar and satelite animated widgets are working where before they would get stuck and had to be manually refreshed, if any of this info means anything to you.

@MilkoOk Okay, so now the widgets are still stuck even after all reset and reinstallations?

@Ondřej-Šutera 2023-07-28 didn't do a thing for me. Still perpetually stuck on "Updating widget" notification and animations just stop after some time. They have to be manually refreshed at least two times before they would start working again.
