              @cloudy_ UKV is a local model, it covers the UK, Ireland, and parts of western Europe.

                        What does the V in UKV stand for?
                        UKV does seem to work well for fog and visibility forecasts.

                          UKV stands for United Kingdom Variable-resolution weather forecasting system.
                          Windy claims a 2km while the Met Office says 1.5km. May be due to this variable resolution?
