Add CMA forecast model for East Asia

Hello! Could you please add the forecast model CMA from China Meteorological Administration if it is possible? The CMA model is more precise than ECMWF for the east Asia area. It would be great if we could see the forecast results on windy.

@Korina I'd like to add my vote to this. Adding more global models to Windy would help attract more users.
