API shows different results even it is called with the same condition

Hello!
I'm not good at handling Windy API.
I wrote a code like below and I found that the results keep on changing as I keep on calling the API with same condition.
I thought that the result must not change because I called API with the same condition and just with short time term.
Does anybody know what is the reason?

@Korina I uses the test version. In the introduction of trial version, it returns randomly shuffled and slightly modified data. So does it mean that returned value has no relation with the true forecast data at all?? or is it just slightly modified data?
