I paid for premium and it keeps asking for premium and I do not see a difference. How do I get my money back.

@Lyman1234 Hello, I was able to locate your order. You did not like the subscription with your Windy account, that's why, you did not have access to any of the Premium features. Please follow theses steps to restore it:
- Go to the desktop and log in with your Windy account
- Open the subscription offer window (e.g., click on the 1h forecast button in the detail of a specific location)
- Click on 'Restore purchases
- On the next page, insert the subscription Order Reference code that you have in the invoice . Your order reference number is WINDYxxxxxx (sent to you via PM).

The moving satellite images for more than 2 hours started to require premium service so I bought it. But now, none of the moving satellite images are working, 2, 6, 12 hours. All I can get is the current satellite image.
Please help.

Do you get this issue in the mobile app or in browser version? That should useful to have more detail about your device. -

@Korina I am a bit of a caveman, how do I stop and start the app? To use it, I just go to the website in my browser, so I am not sure how to stop it. thank you

Hi Korina,
Yes, when I try to activate the historical satellite, for 2, 6 or 12 hours, the time bar moves, but the image just sticks in the current view.
