        @Lyman1234 Hello, I was able to locate your order. You did not like the subscription with your Windy account, that's why, you did not have access to any of the Premium features. Please follow theses steps to restore it:

        1. Go to the desktop and log in with your Windy account
        2. Open the subscription offer window (e.g., click on the 1h forecast button in the detail of a specific location)
        3. Click on 'Restore purchases
        4. On the next page, insert the subscription Order Reference code that you have in the invoice . Your order reference number is WINDYxxxxxx (sent to you via PM).

          The moving satellite images for more than 2 hours started to require premium service so I bought it. But now, none of the moving satellite images are working, 2, 6, 12 hours. All I can get is the current satellite image.

          Please help.

              Do you get this issue in the mobile app or in browser version? That should useful to have more detail about your device.

                    @Korina I am a bit of a caveman, how do I stop and start the app? To use it, I just go to the website in my browser, so I am not sure how to stop it. thank you

                        Hi Korina,

                        Yes, when I try to activate the historical satellite, for 2, 6 or 12 hours, the time bar moves, but the image just sticks in the current view.

                              @christoforest Actually, I am wrong again SOMETIMES the time bar moves, sometimes it sticks in one place, but the satellite view is never moving.

                              It used to work fine until I signed up for the Premium!

                                    Difficult to say why you can’t get the Satellite animation.
                                    It could be due to your internet speed. If you press the play button on time line does the the timeline slider move?

                                      @idefix37 Yes, generally the time slider moves, but the animation does not occur. The internet is pretty good, and the animation was occurring fine for years without the premium service. I could make a video of what is happening, would that help?

                                        @christoforest Actually I was using Brave browser and having the problems. Then I used Firefox and it worked. It seems to be a Brave browser video problem. Any ideas about what that might be?

                                          @idefix37 So I am guessing it is a problem with Brave and using Firefox, and have 2 questions:

                                          1. How do I see the archived records for wind speed and direction?

                                          2. Why am I not getting the normal symbols on the page.

                                            I guess this due to a poor internet connection quality. I was getting this glitch sometime ago. This letters were shown with Safari browser if I remember. Now I have a better connection no more similar issue.
