Premium site needs customer service...

I purchased a subscription last year this time and after pushing the license through, my Windy.com page essentially locked and I could not even use the free version any longer. After multiple attempts, I gave up and lost my roughly $20. If there is no customer service along with this terrific site, it is not worth the effort to purse the premium services. I've supported NASA and NOAA over my entire career and obviously have other options, but I also have family and friends w/o .gov address to the coolest weather sites out there would do want me to recommend this site for which I do, but only the free version.
