Annual Subscription Website vs Playstore

Hello,
I have a problem with my Premium subscription. When I first downloaded Windy from the Google Playstore, I also subscribed to Windy Premium through the Playstore. Last year in mid-December I saw that the subscription fees were reduced from I think 21 € to 18, but strangely for me the old price of 21 € in the Playstore was still valid, so I cancelled the subscription in the Playstore and bought the annual subscription again, but this time via the website for 18 €. But now I get in my app the message that my premium subscription expires in a certain time and I would have the opportunity to renew it again, how can that be?
What do I have to do? -
@St-J Hello, the price may vary depending on your local taxes.
I could not find any purchase under your email address, but you still have an active Google Play subscription in our system.
I recommend checking your Google account what is the state of the subscription. -

@Korina I'm sorry to have to write this now, but if this payment has done nothing, then I would like to get this 18.99€ refunded, I would actually like to continue using Windy Premium, although at a price that is almost twice as high (I just looked up how much has been debited from the Google Play subscription 36.41€) but if it can not be otherwise...

@St-J If I understand it correctly, you made another purchase via FastSpring (desktop)? I was not able to find this order. Did you use a different email address?

@Korina Yes, the purchase of 18.99€ I made through a desktop web browser, I did not have my phone at hand, so I went to Windy.com through a web browser.... But it wasn't until I got to the website that I saw the 18.99 as a premium subscription, and that's when I thought, Ok.... since when is this so cheap... you know

Because one thing should be clear, that I don't upload purchase receipt here publicly.
But the purchase receipt would make it maybe a little easier for you. I just want to give you a proof that I actually paid for it and of course to avoid any misunderstanding from your side and mine. -
