      The satellite Landsat-8 provides images of how salty the sea is worldwide. The concentration of salinity in particular areas around the world affects weather. At the moment, Windy does not provide such information. Is there an intention to provide such data? Thanks.

        It seems that the sea salinity has an effect on climate, in particular on the evolution of the temperature at a very large scale. But not on short- or medium-term temperature variations.
        If you have different information, please let us know.
        Windy visualises weather forecasts but no climatological outlook. Meteorology and Climatology must not be confused.
