Is there a layer in Windy that can track where the massive chemical plume is going? Link >

@hidejo Hello. As the burned smoke and most leaked gas go upward, a good idea is to check the direction of the troposphere wind above the East Palestine area.
According to the image you provide, these matters float at the cloud's level. So you may cross-check the could's height to determine the matter's height, and thereby know the height and the wind direction of that level, indicating where these chemical clouds will go. This can be accessed by using the wind layer and the cloud layer.

Most likely the wind blows from the west due to westerlies and brings the matter in the northeast direction because of the trough (which also indicates cold air mass on the ground and precipitation). Therefore, you may want to check precipitation in the following days in the northeast area of the U.S. Raindrops will, fortunately, bring the chemical matters down to the ground.

Hi, here are the layers showing some gas or dust plumes in Windy:

But these layers CANNOT show the chemical plume due to the derailment in Ohio.
As @Mingxuan said, look at the wind at different altitudes.
They can be shown by the Wind layer and the Altitude slider.
Sounding forecast are also useful for showing winds (Right click on desktop and long press in mobile app).
In this Souding, winds are SW at low level and WSW at higher levels
