      Good day,
      How to activate subscription.
      I paid the subscription trough PayPal and the amount has been withdrawn from my account but still i'm asked if I want to go premium.
      How can I get in touch with a Windy "Service Desk"

        Hi, you need first to restore your purchase:
        https://community.windy.com/topic/11832/what-to-do-if-you-can-t-access-your-windy-premium-features
        Then go ahead even there are still some incentive message for Premium subscription shown.
        You have Premium when you see the 10 days forecast.
