Widget limited models

I bought a subscription specifically for the full-resolution HRRR model, and I can’t even use that on the widget, the part that’s most useful. Even with a custom location set in an area where HRRR is available, I can’t use it on the widgets. Why?

@sherpaorc which widget? what device? and what version of the app?
I'm using an android phone with the "Windy Detail Widget", v38.0.0 of the app and I have HRRR showing up fine.Try going into the settings of the widget, selecting HRRR as the Forecast Model and make sure to scroll down and "Update Widget"

@Wheats Premium Hourly Widget, iPhone 13, version 38. GPS location and custom location only show ECMWF, GFS, and ICON. There is no Update Widget button in iPhone, nor is HRRR in the list of models.

It would be cool if an option was added to select “highest resolution” based on the location so that if you’re in the US it selects the HRRR but in France it would automatically change to AROME and somewhere without a mesoscale model it could default to the ECMWF.

@sherpaorc Hello, HRRR is not available for the widget at the moment, but it's not out of the question for the future releases.
