Compare Forecast and wind speed improvement needed
-
When we go in “Display as Wind” then “Comoare Forecast” , we then get all the wind types, eg, Regular Wind and Gust.
The Second Row of Wind does not mention that it is gust, so it should be mentioned to help us. And also the Second Row, is green like the first row, if the wind is high, then it should be red or pink, etc. Like on the first page of the app.
I believe that it would be a great improvement to the App.

@Koikity8762
You message is not clear. In "Compare" table showing a comparison of all models at a location, Gusts are not shown, only the mean Wind, Wind direction, Temperature and Rain.I guess you are talking about the Basic table for one model in the mobile app?
In this table Wind and Wind gusts are named.If you mean something else, please show a screenshot.

@idefix37 See this Screenshot.

@Koikity8762 I am addding another Picture, this one with the Web Version.
(It would be great to have the Gust Coloring like on the first page of the app, when the wind is higher to have it in different levels of Red, Purple,etc. -
You show a comparison where there is no wind. The colors cannot be red or purple. Try at a location where wind is predicted.

@idefix37 Thanks for your last Screenshot, it helps me understand what is happening. See the 2 new pictures, i have just added to this message, for the same location at the same time, Green and Blue for one and more red colors for the other one. It is like if the Color Codes for the Wind Speed is different from the Main Chart to the other one.

@Koikity8762
In the Basic forecast panel, Wind and Wind gusts are shown with the same color scale. So as the 2 lines show different speeds they have different colors for instance turning to red when speed is higher than about 15 m/s.
In the Meteogram and Wind forecast panels, the 2 lines show in fact the colors of the wind, not those of gusts probably due to lack of space.The colors shown for Wind on these panels are different from those on the Wind layer.

@idefix37 Thanks for the Reply. It does make sense, hopefully there will be a solution to it someday.
