slowness with regional radar animations

have noticed a slowness since the site/premium changes with the regional radar map animations. zoomed into the Detroit metro area they load fine but when I zoom out to the Ohio valley view just get the 3 white dots while it tries to load the images, even in the 1hr timeframe; 6hr and 12hr dont load at all. This is occurring with a premium account.

It won't load the complete animation.
Problems with Satellite and Weather Radar.
I'm a premium user and recently renew my membership.
Does anyone from the company read this board?
