      If the range is 0-40° it is impossible to show any variance on a useful scale.
      Please allow user setting of sst low and sst high limits for colour shading. Ie 19°-21°C

        You can customise the color scale of almost any layer. See:

        But the SST colour scale is the same for air temperature. If you modify one the other will modified in the same way.
        Note that the first column that I call “Steps” is in Kelvin, so you need to make a small conversion from °C to Kelvin.
