Premium Purchase Receipt

I made a purchase of a premium account earlier this week on my company card. I received no receipt and I need a receipt to send to my accounts payable so it gets paid for by my company. I received nothing.

@Suty Hello Sir, I also purchased a premium account, but We badly need a Receipt or a Statement of account for our company to be able to pay since it is a requirement on a government office. I put my email in fastspring but I didnt receive any notifications. Please enlighten us. Thank you!
