Hi, you are not supposed to receive an email but you need to restore your purchase as explained in these instructions:

@idefix37 Thanks for the reply, My problem is I can't find the order reference number/code, in the instructions it says I will find it in my mailbox, (I'm not as tech savvy as I could be), I haven't receive any mail from fastspring other than the receipt at time of purchase.

Sorry my answer was not really explicit because I wanted to say that Windy is not supposed to send you an e-mail to activate your subscription.
But Fastspring should have sent you an e-mail to give you the reference number.
I think you will get some help tomorrow. -
