      I paid for premium but have not received a confirmation email with activation code or answers to previous inquires.

        Hi, you are not supposed to receive an email but you need to restore your purchase as explained in these instructions:

          @idefix37 Thanks for the reply, My problem is I can't find the order reference number/code, in the instructions it says I will find it in my mailbox, (I'm not as tech savvy as I could be), I haven't receive any mail from fastspring other than the receipt at time of purchase.

            Sorry my answer was not really explicit because I wanted to say that Windy is not supposed to send you an e-mail to activate your subscription.
            But Fastspring should have sent you an e-mail to give you the reference number.
            I think you will get some help tomorrow.
