      Until the last couple of days, the "model bar" at the lower right of the screen, on my setup at least, opened up with ECMWF at the start and GFS next to it. As I use the long range predictions a lot, and I think those two are the only 10 day forecasts, I switch between them to compare. Now I have to go to the other mode list to select GFS. Why has it changed with the introduction of UKV?

        @Antony-Maitland The map over the UK still opens with ECMWF as default unless you have other model saved. The GFS was replaced with UKV as it has a higher resolution. More about the UKV model by Met Office here.
